Hi Steve
Some different things for today.
I logged into the website & this time when I chose 'edit' then 'Agenda Description' the format bar was there! It's the same agenda that i tried yesterday without success. I tried another agenda but it was back to the weird type again. Went back to the one that had worked & it was weird again!
However, a new message also appeared when i accessed the Agenda description: it was "CKEDITOR javascript not loaded! "
Just went into Serendipity #648004 & went through the same process to see the weird type plus the above message about Javascript. That has never appeared before. My daughter uses Serendipity every day & has never had a problem so it's my computer for sure.
Hope all this helps & if you feel I should contact the IT people again I'll do so.
Regards Dee

I added the "CKEDITOR javascript not loaded! " message... I had not yet had a chance to post here to let you know I added that as a test message.

I switched club 7645 over to running test code. This means I can make test fixes and changes to the code that only runs for your club.

Thanks for the post... this confirms that CKEDITOR (the editor code) is not getting loaded.

I will probably move that message or variations of it around a bit. Don't be surprised if you see some pop-ups you have not seen before.

BTW... I am the system developer. Thus, I can do this sort of thing. ;)

WOW.. I'm impressed & relieved to know that I am in good hands Steve!
So I guess it's you who added this little extra as well. I won't be concerned about it now & will ignore any new pop-ups..

Actually, *no* I did *not* add that. Where is that showing up?

Hi Steve
When I open up the Internet area it shows up on the bottom left of the page.
Also, the screen went black & it wasn't happy on 'safe' mode about 20 minutes ago so I had the IT man check it out. He said that as it was a 'once of' & nothing was wrong now to just watch it. I asked him about the speed as that was up for question. He checked & the computer is running OK in that area but he checked & the attached is what happens when i log into FTH. He wondered if that may help you find the problem as it's abnormally high & bouncing around all over the place. All double-dutch to me but I guess every bit of info helps.
