A likely cause of the system logging you out unexpectedly is incorrect cookie settings.

Please check that your cookie settings are as explained here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

I did all of the requirements for cookie settings, but it is still kicking me out whenever I try to post a picture on the home page.

what is the file size of the picture, if more that 2MB it is too large.
