Added a link and now I cannot remove it, admin console is frozen

I added a link to an interactive "prezi" on "presentation tips" my website and I am not even sure what I did exactly because I can not longer properly view the editing menu in my admin console because the link to the "prezi" just blocks everything (see attachment). I wanted to just remove the link since it was not loading properly, but now it just shows up over the menu and I am unable to delete it, but in addition to that, the site keeps freezing and so I can no longer make ANY edits to the website. This is a huge problem!

Any help you could provide would be amazing or if there is a way to revert back to how the website was yesterday or anything please let me know. I am not a website guru, but more of someone who has been trying to keep the website up best I can.

Works fine for me in Chrome.

A question though... why do you have old stuff on your home page from last year?
