I concur with Brian... The issue is that speaking roles are not properly identified as such in past agendas. It looks like this was changed at the beginning of May, since it is correct in the most recent agenda.

The HTML role report will still show those roles correctly. However, the speech report will only show roles that are correctly identified as speaking roles. The data for these reports comes from the agendas... if they are not accurate, then the reports will be wrong.

Yes Brian I did notice that the speeches did show on the role report.
Yes Steve I also concur. I thought that may have been the problem but was not 100%. For some reason the edit icon (to expand the speaking roles so that the titles and introduction could show up) no longer appeared for the administrators to edit the fields. Long story short the administrator had kill the old agenda and re-enable the speaking role setup. I am not sure if this was initially an administrator error or if through one of the upgrades the icons disappeared but we have since found a workaround. I just recently took over the VPE role and I want to use all the great services Toastmasters and persons like yourself have made available for us to use. I will just go back and add the necessary information to the downloaded version of the report. There is only about six items missing so it will not be to laborious.

By design, those fields will only show up when someone is actually signed up for a speaking role. Even then, they system has to do a screen refresh to add those fields to the screen. (Normally, it should do that automatically to add those when someone signs up.)

Correct but for some reason here recently that function would no longer work. It would only allow us to put the speech title. Then it went to where only the administrator or Toastmasters of the day could add the fields by clicking on the edit icon and then adding those fields. Eventually over time the edit icon disappeared altogether. I have no idea what caused all of that, but I am glad we were able to find a fix.
