Role Report Not Up-To-Date

I am the VPE for our club and the role reports are not accurate. One the newer members it seems to be accurate but for some of the older members it will only say for example show one speech when they have actually given three speeches.

So I should be able to find find three agendas with that person listed as a speaker, correct?

Yes that is correct. i.e. (Patti Adams on 4/26/2016 spoke from Better Speaker series- Controlling your fear; Michael Dunn on 4/12/2016 did speech 7 on Draping of the Curtain; Richard Powell 01/12/16 did a tech speech from one of his advanced manual...cannot recall the title right off hand. The members are not on the membership historical report where it gives title of speech and etc.

What is your club number so we can check

Agenda 4/26/2016 The role was not identified as a speaking role. "This is a speech (select manual / add intro) " is not selected

Same with 4/12/2016 neither speaking role was was properly identified.
