I am the new club coach for Brown Noise. Brown Noise is a college club and the previous administration is likely no longer has access to his Brown email account. I'd like to be the site administrator on this account. Can you help?

Lynn

Please see support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

You may also need to update your club contact with TI. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/u...s-international-site

If you do need to update the club contact email, you may find that the change takes a day or three to become publicly visible. The administrator change process will only work correctly when the contact email has become publicly visible.

Brown Noise Club No. 1252504
Thank you for your quick response. I can't update the club contact information because this is a college club and all members have left for the summer (actually, more likely for good). I'm not a member of the club; I'm the new club coach. As club coach, I'd like to update the site for the summer semester and new members. My information is up-to-date with TMI. Is there another way to make me the club administrator?

It took me a lot to sort this out... :pinch: Even if you had the club contact info correct, you probably would not be able to make the change.

Reason: This club was suspended on 3/31/16: dashboards.toastmasters.org/ClubReport.aspx?id=01252504
Therefore, it does not show up in the Find A Club results that we use for verification of club existence.

I see where you were made the club coach on 3/23/16: reports.toastmasters.org/reports/dprReports.cfm?r=6&d=31

Making you the coach for a suspended club makes no sense to me.

In any case, we do not support suspended clubs. Brian may have a different thought on this, but generally we remove websites for suspended clubs from the system.

Thank you for that information. It looks like I'll be starting a new club instead of reviving an old one. I found the club needs 3 renewing members and we won't have that many. Can I start a new site for a club that is forming or do they need to be chartered first?

You can definitely get a FTH website for a new club not yet chartered.

The club just has to have paid the fee and have a club number.
