My past president cannot send/receive email.

Hello,

My past president can't send or receive email.He told me that it was working for a whole year.

I have tried to replace his email with my email and everything seem to work fine. I suspect that his email got blocked somehow.

How could I help him with this problem? How can I check the email log to see that his email went through the system or not?
Art there any work around for this problem? Since he need to handle officers election next week. He really need email to work.

I've checked the email logs and I can see that the connection to his email server is timing out consistently. Why this is happening is beyond my level of expertise and we'll need to wait for a server admin to comment.

Have him try now.

the 1and1 mail service has been spamming this server and was blocked.

I don't understand. Do you mean he send his email from 1 on 1 mail service?
He is using @gmx.de mail service. Which is he tell me that it's a very popular mail service in Germany.

Or Do you unblock his email for me?
