Unable to Create New Agenda

Hi,

I've had trouble entering the site for almost 24 hours. Now that I got back in, I cannot add a new agenda. Here is the error message:

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=Make Agenda[GetDefaultMeetingDesc]
Status=error
Error=


JavaScript is enabled in my browser.
