Creating Agenda Template -- Can't create line up without a "Member Signup"

#56753
I'm creating a new Agenda Template.
I want to have a line that is information only, without a "Click to Assign Member" button.
I uncheck "This is a role for which members can sign up."
But even so, the line is added with a member assignment button. See attached screenshots.
Help!

If you log in as a regular member you will not see that signup button.

Lisa,

That select box *should* be there so that roles can be pre-filled (e.g. SAA) that are not sign-up roles.

All that the sign-up role checkbox controls is whether there is a sign-up button on the agenda "view"/sign-up screen.

You are using the agenda edit form, *not* the same thing.

As Brian notes, log in as a member, and you will see that there is no sign-up button for members.
