My email to members classed as SPAM

What gives here now? I've done this before with no problem. OK, so what's the problem? I took a screen-shot of our club's agenda page using my Snagit program. I then told it to share the picture via email. It opens my Outlook and embeds the picture in the message. I then address it to the club members address, and add the text "We've very little signups for our next meeting. Let's get this GOING. Contact
Sara (or Bev, as the incoming VP Ed) with your 'druthers for a role. ASAP!", then click SEND. I then get back an email saying it's likely SPAM and thus not sent. That email indicates "Please visit 1293730.toastmasters.org if this is not spam." and when I try to do that I get the old "Server not found" screen in return.

Yes, I suppose I could save it as a picture and include that as an attachment. More steps, inefficient (klutzy).

Sooooo, (1) it's not spam - at least not to my mind; (2) I've done this many times before; (3) why was it classed thus? ; (4) the FTH function for the nonexisting page the link points to needs to be fixed.

I've attached a PDF of the Spam email.

Well, the "Please visit 1293730.toastmasters.org if this is not spam." is obviously wrong... missing the clubs part. :pinch: I will have to fix that.

Not sure what is up with the email... I need to study it further. What is odd is that the spam assassin header in the email says that it is not spam. Hmmm....
Code:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=3.4 required=5.0 tests=BAYES_00,FREEMAIL_FROM, HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_24,HTML_IMAGE_RATIO_02,HTML_MESSAGE,MISSING_MIMEOLE, RCVD_IN_DNSWL_LOW,RCVD_IN_MSPIKE_H2,SPF_PASS,T_REMOTE_IMAGE,XPRIO autolearn=no autolearn_force=no version=3.4.0

Ok, I corrected the error message to use the proper URL. Looking into the email a bit...

Ok, our email log has the following, which is strange, since it does not agree with the email spam header:
Code:
FAILURE (Likely SPAM: Score: 5.2 / Threshold: 5; Bounced) Thu 2016/06/09 16:02:29 UTC Club:[1293730] From:[sguenthe@gmail.com] To:[members-1293730@toastmastersclubs.org] CC:[] Valid Sender Subject:[Next meeting] ALL To:[] ALL CC:[]

i think there is maybe two different spam checking processes going on here, and the two have maybe different configurations.

I need to discuss this with Brian a bit.
