Temporary Club Demo Site for TLI Session

Hi -

I'm putting together a TLI session on how to set up and use a Free Toast Host website.

In so doing, I'm having to capture and mark up screen shots using a new club website prior to entering in all the member details.

After preparing slides for just a few actions, I've discovered that this project will end up being very complicated and time consuming.

Plus, because of privacy concerns, I have to do this prior to entering in all the member details. This will delay setup and use of the site for the normal meeting activities.

It seems to me that it would be much easier for me, and much more instructive for my audience, if I could do the presentation via live a demo site where I could create and populate the site in real time.

This would allow a much faster and more instructive response to questions as well.

What do you think of this idea?

What is your club number please.

Hi Brian - My club number is 5545568, but we already have a FTH website that you just set up for us that I have customized a bit. What I'm looking for is a "dummy" site where I can start from scratch at a TLI and show people what they will see with no data or customization in place. I will be making a FTH presentation at least three times during the upcoming TLI season. If I can use a live dummy site I can record what I do using Camtasia Studio and make it available for our district and others to refer to. Thanks!
