Member Email Addresses Link not functioning

palmetto.toastmastersclubs.org/ I cannot get the Member Email Addresses link to open. Thank you for any help you can render.

you need to log in as a member. The site admin is not a member.

Thanks for first reply. I was logged in as Member. Do not have Admin rights. Could not get the link to open/populate to send email to all members.

If you are clicking on the email address link, be aware that doing that requires email client software (e.g. Outlook) to be set up to handle "mailto" links. Generally, webmail (e.g., gmail) will not handle those without a helper program running.

The next release of the system code (in the fall/winter) will do a better job of handling "mailto" links.

You do not send an email to all users from the website you send an email from your email to members-nnnnnnn, unless you are sending out the agenda.

Gentlemen, truly appreciate the responses, but this non-techie is lost in your explanations. Outlook is my email program. This link has worked in the past. palmetto.toastmastersclubs.org/ Club 2070.

Sometimes you want to communicate to the club without sending an agenda.
