Request to Change Club Administrator

The current Administrator for the web site is no longer a member, and no longer has access to the email address on file.

I tried to follow the instructions before submitting this to update the club contact information with TI. However, did not see an option where I could update contact information.

I am the current Club President, and as the soon-to-be Vice President for Public Relations, would like to be an administrator for the web site ( 5711.toastmastersclubs.org/ ). Our club is making a concerted effort to update and utilize the web site more than we have in the past.

Is the contact information on the TI site you? That should be your first step... Change the contact on the TI site first... Then ask for a admin change here.

Thanks for the link! Of course, I didn't think the option for Meeting Information would have Contact Information so I didn't look there!

I've updated the contact to be me and submitted the automated request. I got a response saying "Your request for admin change has been received and is pending authorization".

The contact changes can take a few days to be reflected. The whole point in doing that is to enable you to approve yourself.

If you were actually "live" as a club contact, you would have received another email with the approval link immediately afterwards.

Therefore, give TI a day or two to catch up (they are slammed with end of year stuff right now) and then I suggest submitting the change form again.

I am presuming that the approval link went to the prior club contact since you did not get the 2nd email.
