Request to Change Club Administrator #2

What is the process for getting the administrator password reset and how is a new administrator assigned? I am currently serving as a division director and one of the clubs in my care needs to have a new administrator and password so that their page can be updated before the new year begins. The club number is 8957 / 8957.toastmastersclubs.org. The former administrator is no longer a member of the club.
