Cannot create custom web page

I am trying to create an unlisted custom web page but it is not working. (I have created many in the past.) Each time I do, the system says it saved the page, but it does not. It only jumps to one of the other pages. I have rebooted the browser and cleared the cache.

Example:
Web Page Title / or Link Title: T1
Web Page Name: T1
Web Page Description: T1
Select the Page Type for this Custom Page / Link: Unlisted Access

Result of Save: Success! New page saved. You are now editing Videos 2015 Q4 [Unlisted]
The T1 is not listed in the list of custom pages.

I have the same problem. I have tried to create Custom Web Pages as different types (Public Access, Members Only, Officers Only, Unlisted Access), the result is the same as Stan mentioned.

Hope you can find the source of the problem.

Having the same issue here.

Message seen is the following:

Success! New page saved. You are now editing XXX


Where XXX is the last previously-created page in the list.
