I can't send emails

I tried to send the agenda email and it looks like the email doesn't arrive. For the members it takes so much time and I never receive the "sent" alert, while sending it only to the toastmaster or the vpe it takes a lot and it gives the "sent" alert but I never receive it

The server is under heavy load, due to post-holiday weekend traffic and also lots of new admins wanting to make adjustments.

The server facility is donated to us and therefore, we can't make adjustments to server capacity.

I agree that it's frustrating, but all we can do is wait. Going by yesterday's experience, it gets easier later in the day/evening (depending on your timezone).
