Hello Support,
I am the web administrator for Monterey Peninsula Toastmasters #934. I have one member who has tried repeatedly to log in and has asked for her email and password reset. I get the admin message from Server@toastmastersclubs.org, but she says she doesn't get the message. I have looked at her email address and it looks correct to me. Can you help?

Has she checked her spam folder? Password reset emails can sometimes end up there.
