Hello, I am Mamie Sakamoto from Japan.
My club number is 2882269, Crescent Lunch Toastmasters Club.
Whenever I use my club email address, I fail.
Please let me know what to do.

What do you put in the "To" box of your email?

It should be
Code:
members-2882269@toastmastersclubs.org
or
Code:
officers-2882269@toastmastersclubs.org
(or any of the other aliases applicable to your club)

The email logs show your email as being addressed to " toastmastersclub2882269onbehalfoflilym.sakamoto,acb ".

The contents of the "from" box might look something like that when you receive a club email, but when you send a message you should send to the group alias as shown in the boxes above.

Dear Pam,

Thank you for your quick reply for my question.
Oh, I put an wrong address in the "To" box of my email.
I put "members-28822269@toastmastersclubs.org" in the box and succeeded in sending a new email to my club members.
Thanks to you, I was able to notice my mistake.
