Password Reset Problems - No reset email received

Having problems receiving resets for my password for two different sites 3347 and 17

I am the Admin of Record for Club #17 and have admin access for Club #3347. In both instances my Admin access is fine.

However, for both sites attempts to Member Login receive an "invalid" response.
When attempting a "Reset Password" the window indicates that a Reset Email has been sent.
None appears, neither in In-Box, nor in Junk.

Have tried to
-- directly enter the passwords, rather than relying on the "remember me" feature. (Passwords are unique for each site.)

Have double checked accuracy of address in Membership Management, even reentered email addresses.

Click the Reload link at the bottom of each website and see if that makes a difference.

I did tweak the Member login code last month... you may not have gotten the update properly. Do the Reload and see if that resolves it.

Have done the reload for Pioneer 17 site. - Twice actually.
Still the same problem. (Still checking both Inbox and Junk)

The server is sending the emails to you and your service is accepting the emails.

You will need to talk to your mail service what they are doing with the emails
