allowing VP of PR to access website to upload photos?

Hello!

I am the President of our club and currently the Administrator for our Free ToastHost website. I became the site Admin, when I served as VP of PR. Is there a way to allow the current VP of PR to upload photos without becoming the Admin.? Or must I turn that responsibility over to her? I know we can only have one Admin.

Yes, you can allow the VPPR to access the file manager without the admin password. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/access-settings
