In the Meeting Agenda Templates edit form,
is it possible to insert events or change the order of events?

I have 10 events in the template and I would like to insert an event after the first one.

Simply add a new item and move it to the required position. Detailed instructions can be found in the documentation:

Easiest is to click on the time of an item at the left and drag it up or down to the desired location.
