Agenda Template: Meeting Description changes to template not saving

After modifying my default template (4 speech agenda), in both the Meeting Description and Meeting Agenda Items tabs, I saved then closed the window. Upon opening it, I clicked on Save as a new Template in the Agenda Setup tab and chose the default template. The agenda items were correct, but the meeting description hadn't changed.

However, if I change the Meeting Description in the Admin console, it sticks, but that's not consistent. Changing the description and saving a new template should keep THAT description because if I am creating a new agenda template, I might want the top of the agenda to be different (for a contest or speechathon, for example).

The Meeting Description is not considered part of a agenda template... It has always been that way. :S
Part of the issue is that some clubs change the meeting description for each and every meeting, but want to have a consistent starting place.

However, I do tend to believe that Meeting Descriptions should be considered part of each Agenda Template, since typically you would want a different style Meeting Description for each template. (e.g., for a contest template, you may want a description suited to that)

I have already decided that I think it should be changed in the next update. However, the concept of a default Meeting Description is not going to go away. You have to consider what happens if a club is not using Agenda Templates at all (unusual, but it probably does happen)... We would still want some sort of default description to show up as a starting place, complete w/ TI logo.

The Default Meeting Description might just be static text in a file on the server that the code pulls up in the future if no agenda templates are defined. That would encourage clubs to actually use agenda templates, which I think is probably a good thing to promote labor savings.
