Club 3992893 Password is not working; need login as VPM administrator

Club 3992893 Last term I VPM, now I am VPE and want/need to turnover my access to the new VPM, but my Password is not working; need login as VPM administrator. The last time I logged into the club'swebsite, my sign -in was 3992893 and password Nubian1957.

Please help me to get on the website as an administrator.
