Commas in e-mail address

Hello,

I believe Steve had an answer on this within the past year, but I can't find it in My Topics or my e-mail archives, so here goes again, in light of the recent messages received from the FTH server.

Error message sent to me: "neelakandukuri,cc appears to be an invalid email address. If you believe this is incorrect, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message."

Relevant facts: 1) The individual is not in my club's FTH database. 2) My recollection is Steve said something about tweaking to allow for e-mail addresses such as this (hence no error messages until recently). 3) The individual was part of a mailing which included one or more people from my club and I did use their FTH aliases in either the To or CC e-mail fields. 4) I believe the message is getting to the recipient.

It's like FTH is looking at the whole mailing list rather than just paying attention to and processing e-mail addresses which it needs to.

Code:
FAILURE (Invalid Email Address: neelakandukuri,cc; Bounced) Tue 2016/08/30 21:58:53 UTC Club:[] From:[xxxxxxxxxxx@verizon.net] To:[neelakandukuri,cc] CC:["F.P., AT President" <President@AffinityToastmasters.org>] Subject:[Emailing - Sep 2016 Area Director's Club Visit Report.pdf] ALL To:[] ALL CC:[]
(email address obscured)

Who was this actually addressed to? Try it w/o the commas in the display name. The code is supposed to allow those, but it may be getting confused.

Display name = Neela Kandukuri, CC, ALB, Area 73 Director
E-mail address = Area-G73-Director@tmdistrict38.org

I have commas in my display names to add TM credentials and such, as you can see above, after a person's name. Should not the code be looking only for the e-mail address while throwing away anything else as it examines a given entry? I use this "name, whatever" for many people to include their title and I'd hate to have to strip all that stuff off and forget who is what!

Commas are used both in display names and as a separator for multiple email addresses in a list. That is what complicates things. However, I made a small code change that I think should help. Please take a look again and let me know if this is resolved for you now.
