failure to save added agendaa

For two Clubs, I have been adding new agendas or instructing a new VP PR to add new agendas for the month of September. Even tho SAVE was clicked, the agendas were not saved. This happened on Tues Aug 30 at 4:30 - 5 pm MST and again today, Sun Sep 4 :15 pm.
Is this a problem we should expect? A problem which can be remedied?

No other clubs have reported this issue, and I cannot reproduce it.

As such, you would need to give us specific steps to reproduce the issue... otherwise, we are kind of at a loss to make any appropriate changes.

Are you setting the dates when you add your agendas? I see 3 agendas for 29 Aug, 2 for 28 Nov and another three for separate dates in September and January for club 3068

958725 has 4 agendas for September
