issue with our club mailing alias

I want to get some help here regarding our club mailing alias. If this is not the right place to seek help, please point me to the correct place. Thanks a lot in advance!

I am the current president of speakeasy@sun toastmasters club. We have a mailing alias we use to communicate with each other:

members-2736 at toastmastersclubs.org

This email alias has been working great with most of our members. However, we noticed that one of our members have trouble sending email to the alias although she does not have issue receiving emails from the mailing alias. I am wondering can I get technical help here or does anyone know who should I contact for this technical issue?

What is the exact message she is receiving when sending email to members-2736 at toastmastersclubs.org
