What settings must be employed for the Evaluator to be able to access/read/print the Speakers' Introduction on the Agenda? Help, please!

Only the Toastmaster and the admin can print that information.

Many clubs do not have the evaluator introduce the speaker. You would need to make arrangements to have the Toastmasters send the introduction to the evaluators.
