How to get admin access previously set up club website that is now inactive

Toastmaster club #3603497 has a FreeToastHost website. It has been dormant for an unknown period of time. The previous member who was the administrator for the website is no longer in the club. How can I get admin access and get this website back up to speed. I am the current VPE for the club. Thank you.
