Software Error When Trying To Change Club Site Admin

Getting the following error when entering our club number (9158) into 'Your Club Number' line on 'Club Admin Change Request' page:

Software error:

malformed JSON string, neither tag, array, object, number, string or atom, at character offset 2 (before "<!DOCTYPE html>\r\n<...") at /usr/local/share/perl5/JSON.pm line 171.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Please help, we are trying to start our website page since it was left unused for many years.

Something w/ TI apparently changed recently, and we are currently not able to do look-ups on Find a Club.

Please be patient. I will try to find some time to address this over the weekend.
