"Former Member" signing up for a meeting role

Hi, we are using the on-line Agenda to sign up for meeting roles. Recently I checked to see what roles were unfilled & saw that the Word of the Day role had been filled by "Former Member". I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I'm referring to. There isn't a email icon beside the name so I can find out who this is. I don't understand what's going on. Can you help me? Thx!

I have removed the "Former Member" that is the first time I have seen that. Please keep an eye out for it happening again.
