Unable to login into Club website using member credentials - Club 4987

#58676
Hi,
I was able to login using my member credentials until last 3 days ago and today when i login its comes back with message of incorrect
password which i haven't changed in a while. Tried to reset my password using the "Authiencate" button, but i do not receive any email
to reset the password but i receive any and all emails from server@toastmastersclubs.org so not sure how to reset my password.

3 days ago i did disable "Admin Edit" while i was logged in as a member, so when i login as site admin and select my name under Membership Management it comes back with a pop as "Admin Edit are DISABLED by the member" is this change causing issues with
logging into club website as member?.

Thanks

The admin edit thing should not matter.

You do the authenticate approach. Emails with the link may end up in your junk mail folder--check that.

Also, refer to support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email
