Guests sort by date

Is there a way to see when the guests were entered into the system or to sort by date?

We go not capture that information you can use the followup notes if you want to do that in the future.

Club 697- I am attempting to determine the total time our club has been using FTH. I have the list of guests from our club website. Could you tell us when our club first starting using FTH and FTH2? Was guest list carried over from FTH to FTH2? We are attempting to establish a club performance metric of the ratio of "guests converted to members" vs guests.

FTH has been of tremendous value to our club. We have been Distinguished about 7 consecutive years including Pres's Distinguished the last 3 years. We find FTH a very effective tool in administering our club.

The only way that guests were carried over is if someone from the club (admin) carried them over... About how long you have been active; you can find that out on the TI website under club central

Ok, it looks like I need to put on my developer's cap and clear up a couple of things here.

1. A record creation date is entered by default for every piece of data entered into the database, including member and guest information. The catch: this functionality was added to the database in the last system update, so it is really only useful for records created since the update. Thus, this information is stored, but it is not accessible to users (I would have to do some work to fetch it), and it would not be available for older db records.

2. The date you started using FTH is available via our registration data gleaned from our system admin tool.
