Adding two new members was created by billardis
I added Nick Taylor and Jason Williams as new members. Their records flew into the Former Member category. How can I register them as new members?

You must have been in the former member tab when you added them.

Just select them and move them to active member.

Brian, I can't get Jason Williams to stay in place on the New Member list. I made sure to be in the New Member tab when I added it, but it won't stick there. I got Nick in earlier, but Jason doesn't stick (see attached ).
