Cannot log in to my club's websote

I cannot log in to my clubs website. I enter my name, and it automatically fills in with my name and password. When I club "authenticate," I get a message that says wrong login information. I have noticed that the "authenticate" icon turns [blue ]when it works and stays yellow when it does not work. Turning blue and working is random. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work. How do I fix this?

ALWAYS post your club number then we can see what is going on.
