New Member Email Contains Wrong Name

Just sent a new member email and it had the wrong name in the "Hello <name>" field - it should have had Michael but instead had Brandi. I had a quick check and we have no Brandi's listed as members, guests, or former members.

I have attached a screen shot with the wrong first name showing.

Someone has typed the name Brandi in to your welcome message. It is also signed "Kevin"

Replace the Hello Brandi with the variable placeholder : Hello {{firstname}} and the actual first name will show on future messages.
Replace the signature Kevin with the variable placeholder {{adminname}} and the actual admin name will show on future messages.

You can use any of the variable options listed at the bottom of the message (make sure you include the brackets for them to work correctly).

Alternatively you could press the "Reset Welcome Message to Default" button.
