Unassigned Roles Have Last Week's Members Showing as Assigned

Club number 8963 - Airpark Toastmasters

We have some roles repeated multiple time in the agenda such as Toastmaster at the start and end of the meeting. While the original entry for the role is labelled as unassigned and has the 'Sign Up' button, subsequent repeats of that role have the person from last week showing in that role.

When we create a new agenda we generally duplicate a preexisting agenda, so to create 11/3's agenda we would duplicate 10/27's agenda.

11/3's agenda I have already edited to add functionaries. From this agenda you can see Kyle is showing correctly at 12:08 and 12:45.

11/10's agenda is showing no assigned Toastmaster at 12:08, but Brad is showing as the Toastmaster at 12:45. I only just created this agenda and have never assigned anyone to any role.

Interestingly, 11/17 is showing no one at either 12:08 or 12:45 which is correct. Again, newly created and never had anyone assigned.

Likely a keywording problem with how you set up the agenda.

There was one role was missing the *s on the repetition of the role which I fixed. This was not the issue with the Toastmaster role though

The original issue (with the Toastmaster role) was caused by the second instance of the role not being available for members to sign up. By allowing members to sign up the blue "Sign Up" button appears instead of the wrong name.

I guess I'll leave the subsequent role entries as available to sign up.
