I am the admin for the club website 3002.toastmastersclubs.org. I have registered new members in the past without problems. Our new member's email address turns pink and the site truncates the last portion of the email address after saving. I do not want to post the persons email address online but here is what happens. xxxxxxx@sbcglobal.net. The website, after savings comes back with
xxxxxx@sbc withour the glogal.net. I can send the new member full address in a private message if needed. I have confirmed that it is a good address and can send and get messages from the new member.

If it is pink then there is an error message... .what is the error message.

I have double check for any error messages. There are no error messages. I have even gone to the user profile and put the correct email address in the member profile, saved, and it still comes up pink or truncated. Suggestions?

There is *always* an error message for pink cells. ... look above the tabs. scroll up to the top.

If the member is Anna, she is already entered w/ a sbcglobal address on the Prospects tab. Cannot duplicate email addresses. Remove the one on the Prospects tab.
