How does a non-officer send out the meeting agendas? - or question a different way - can non-officers (Toastmaster of the week) send out the Agendas through the web site? One of our members said they could not access

Any member can email the agenda by clicking on the email icon at the top of the agenda: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/guide-to-agenda-buttons
