Users from tocci.com domain are not receiving emails from Toastmasters. 11/1 was the last day anyone from our company was able to get emails from here. We spoke to our email vendor, mimecast.com and toastmaster domain is already in the whitelist but it's still not working. They were not even able to see that email hitting our system. It's not in our rejection, bounce or held email policy. Can someone please help? Your help is greatly appreciated as members are not getting agenda updates.

I posted an earlier message about this but I don't see it on message board. Hopefully this won't be a 2nd entry. If so I'll apologize in advance. Thank you!

postmaster@tocci.com was slamming our mail server and was the domain blocked.
In October we received 152577 emails from postmaster@tocci.com
You club obviously has invalid email addresses in it members list.

Let us know when you have cleaned up your members email list and we will remove the block.

Hi Brian,

Thank you again for your help with this. i'm working with my manager on this and we are a bit confused. He looked though the Toastmasters members list which only have 29 members (15 of them being Tocci's employees) and only 1 have an invalid email address as she is no longer with our company. We went through our mimecast system and only see 1 email in the month of October going from postmaster@tocci.com to server@toastmastersclubs.org? So we are not sure where else to look to see what's causing those other 152577 email to your mail server? Can you let us know where else in toastermaster list that we should look to see what else are generating emails that we are not aware of? TKaron@tocci.com the only invalid email account is removed from the member list. Will also contact mimecast to see what else can be causing this on their end. Can you unblock us for now and see if it's still hitting your system? Also, can we setup notification if something like this happen again??

Thank you again for your help with this! Greatly appreciated as this mystery was driving us crazy!!!

UPDATE: Confirmed with Mimecast and they said they only see 1 email going from us to toastmastersclubs.org. So they are asking us to provide a header information for one of those 152577 emails to see if someone is spoofing our address. Can you provide that for us? Thank you!

Because of the amount of email the server processes we do not keep undelivered email
