It looks like your postmaster and our server go into a loop moaning at each other. That an email address is invalid.

no idea who michaelbookman is? he is not a tocci employee. will have my boss check the member list again thank you for your help again! is there anyway for us to be notify if our domain is blocked again?

He is on your former members list ... look at that tab in Membership Management

Your email server is apparently also defeating our built-in loop detection mechanism that kills email loops.
