Agenda Access Settings - Editing Access

I am the VP PR and website admin for my club. The President of my club used to be able to edit all active agendas since we built our website. Recently she told me that she does not have the editing tool icon anymore so she is not able to edit the active agenda. I have not changed any of the access settings so I'm not sure what happened. I have check the Access Settings and she still has access under the Access Agenda Settings & Templates. Can someone please help me figure out why she does not have access to edit active agendas anymore?

Thanks!

I am moving away from "hard-coded" role responsibilities and role titles... they have been the source of some past issues and will cause problems as we move forward.

The President role has been hard-coded in the past to be an agenda editor. However, different clubs operate differently. My preference moving forward are easily changed settings that can be configured specifically for each club rather than hard-coded settings "prescribed" by us. We will bridge the gap between the past and future by carefully selecting default values for the settings so keep some consistency. In this case, perhaps I should add "President" as a default to the "Agenda Creators" access setting.

You do not have your Club President listed as an Agenda Creator in Access Settings, and until the "President" meeting role is set to an actual person, the editing checkbox for that role does nothing.

Simple Solution: Just pre-fill your President's name in your agenda template and save the template with them in it. That way, they never need to be added later. (saves time too)
