Help needed with DNS and domain name

I am in desperate need of help. Our club's domain name expired, and was taken. Upon registering for a new domain name, I now am having an issue making this domain name 'live'. I tried following the DNS steps for FreeToastToHost2, but it is certainly more complicated than I imagined. If someone could walk me through how to make apopkatoastmasters.org 'live' on our FreeToastToHost2 site, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!

it is not complicated at all if it is you are doing it wrong.
You only need 3 A records and 1 MX record

A apopkatoastmasters.org 50.19.253.65
A www.apopkatoastmasters.org 50.19.253.65
A mail.apopkatoastmasters.org 50.19.253.65
MX 10 mail.apopkatoastmasters.org

From what i can see you have not made any of the changes, if you cannot do it you need to conact your registrar for support.

We don't have a registrar. The person who used to do this is longer around and not responsive.

I understand that I need these 3 pieces of data, but I can't figure out where I go to change them.

Our site is apopkatoastmasters.com, no longer apopkatoastmasters.org. The later was taken when it expired.
