club calendar's listing of the club meeting start time is not right

How do I resolve that a meeting agenda says that the meeting starts at 6:30pm, yet the club calendar lists 1:30pm as the club meeting's start time.

verify that the time zone is set correctly in admin console Basic Settings then edit the agenda (pencil icon) and save it without making any changes. The save should fix it.
