How do I add people to the Contact Us -> Our Club Contacts list?

I log in as admin and go to the admin console and in the "Email and Contact Forms" section, I go to "Contact Us Form." In there, I have 3 people listed as "Club Contacts for the "Contact Us" Form." However, only one of those people show up on the actual form.

I understand it says "The names and phone number of the contacts will ONLY be made public if you select that option for the member." I don't understand how that option is changed to make certain people show though. How do you make people show up in that list?

The name and phone number will only show for contacts who have the "This member will accept phone calls" option checked.

If the member won't accept phone calls, their name isn't necessary on the form - the message will go to their email address

I checked the box (and I made sure they had a phone number on their profile), however they still don't show. Any other ideas? Thanks

There is definitely something strange happening there.

I have managed to get the two phone contacts to display by swapping their positions in your list. Your VPPR doesn't seem to "register" when she is put in the first slot, but she does if she is in the second position.
