Meeting Notes not printing when emailing agenda

Thank you for your improvements. One problem, I have tried different combinations but the Meeting Notes are not being included in the agenda emails to our club members. What do I need to do.

Did you click the setting from the drop down to include them?

Yes, the notes are printing just fine now. Thanks. sorry for the delayed reply, but like you I had some holiday stuff with family. Also, thanks for the "Attendance" list you are applying. I think that's a great idea.
