Meeting Agenda Heading

New to this - trying to enter agendas for Jan-June 2017

We use 3 different templates, for our first, second, and third meetings of the month. In the agenda heading, we have the date of the meeting and the location. I can't get the correct date of the meeting to appear when I create the new agenda for each of the meeting dates for Jan - June 2017. I've tried editing the template and editing the specific agenda, and the date that appears is always the same - July 12, 2016.

You have July 12, 2016 in the heading section of your agenda template

Look at the Default Meeting Description tab in the Meeting Agenda Settings module. All you need to do is remove the date. The date shows up automatically on your dated agendas, so there is no need to add it again. While you are there you might want to update your club mission statement - you're still using the old one. Note - once you have corrected the Default Meeting Description, the change will only affect new agendas created after the change. Any existing dated agendas will not be updated.
