Repeated error msg re Club number

Hi Brian-
The server does not even allow me administrative access when I've been sent an email with the access code.
Iw ill wait and try tomorrow- this is a major headache when it doesn't work.

Here's the biggest problem right now.
When the server sends me the login key, I get into the site, BUT there is no longer the Launch Admin Console button, so there's no way for me to access the Admin console.
Can you help

Is it browser specific? What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser (just for testing purposes)?

Also, try clicking the reload link at the bottom of your screen.

Thank you SO MUCH! I was able to log in easily using CHROME, since Internet Explorer did not allow me to access the Admin Portal.
You have save my sanity- MUCH APPRECIATED!

Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?

I will want to investigate that since we want the system to work on as many browsers as possible.

BTW, I use Chrome.
