Repeated error msg re Club number

Have tried all variations of our club number to no avail

We'd love to help you if we could, but you haven't given us anything to work off.

What are you trying to do with the club number?
What is the error message?
What is your club number?

Hi Pam-
Every time I sign into the website, it tells me my club number is not accurate.
WE are Fox Valley Toastmasters, 3399.
I've entered 00003399, 3399, 03399, 003399, 0003399 and nothing works. The message indicates: You must enter your correct club number. So each time the administrative access is sent to me. There ahs to be an easier way!

3399.toastmastersclubs.org/ is correct and so is foxvalleytoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org

I was able to login with the club number 3399 using the "log in as Site Admin" Button

Are you sure your password is correct, case matters in passwords.

Are you trying to log in as a website admin? You have not indicated that. Please be specific when requesting support... help us help you.

Assuming that you are trying to log in as the website admin and are having issues, note that the actual error message for admin ogin errors is:

Club number or password is incorrect.

You seem to be presuming that your club number is entered incorrectly, when it actually could be your password that is the problem.

The error message is are purposely ambiguous so that we do not give hackers any insights that would help them get into your website.

It still doesn't work from our end (using the 3399 as the club number. The password works fine. Any other ideas?
