Role Sign-Up Does Not Ripple Like It Used To

Our meeting agendas at www.talkofthetownti.com/ have been working flawlessly for a long time now, but something has suddenly stopped working and I don't know why. I am hoping there is a easy fix.

How it should work: Someone signs up for, say, Toastmaster by clicking once on the Sign Up button. It then auto-populates to several different locations on the agenda, basically anywhere that deploys the asterisks around the word Toastmaster. Cool.

What is actually happening: Unfortunately, the auto-population has suddenly stopped working. You sign up, it doesn't auto-populate anywhere else besides the one location where you signed up.

Further complication: This isn't an issue on every agenda, just some weeks' agendas. We used the same template each week, but some weeks are working flawlessly and others aren't.

We don't know when it stopped working correctly, but it's a great feature that we would like to continue working without having to completely re-generate our agenda templates. Can someone offer up some advice for how to get this feature back without a lot of rework?

Please provide a date for an agenda that isn't working

Your first occurrence of Toastmaster on that date, and also your template, don't have the asterisks: *Toastmaster*
Some of your December agendas had the first occurrence as *Toastmaster* introduces Meeting Theme.

My guess is that the template has been changed. You might not be aware that you can now edit the role titles in the dated agendas, so you can adjust the agendas rather than regenerate them.
