Contact us Form saving issue

When I go in to change and save the club contacts in the contact us form area and click save it does appear that it has been saved because it says "Success! Information updated. Close window or select a new area to edit." However, when you get out of the screen and go back in it removes what was "saved" and shows the default "select a club contact". I have tried on chrome and internet explorer with no luck. I have also clicked on "click here to reload website from server" at the bottom too just as an added extra. Any thoughts?
